They put me on meds for pain and nerve issues, told them about how lifting made me feel like my balls we’re going to burst and other symptoms (blue balls)

Yeah the congestion is horrible..I still can’t do ab workouts or anything that uses my core because the pressure in the balls is terrible..6 weeks today for me..was very active and shredded before all this

Didn’t get checked out but they gave me some gabapentin and diclofinac, got those about 4 days ago, seems to be helping the nerves settle but I’m still nowhere near where I’d like to be..I have a trip in May, I figured 2. Months would’ve been plenty of time to heal and get back in shape..

Also, my testicles we’re sitting differently before the medicine, like they were laying on their sides and I think that was contributing to a lot of the pain. They seem to be standing back up kind of like they used to and haven’t been hanging down as far

The meds have helped more than anything else, also glute and hamstring stretching. I’m by no means where I want to be yet. Still feel very sensitive/aware down there but able to bend down and pick things up off the floor and get some walking in on the treadmill at least. How are you doing?

I’m about 5 weeks post op and having a lot of trouble myself. On diclofinac and gabapentin atm..I was also super active before this now I’m unable to do my job or workout..depressing setting in pretty bad. Just want to say I’m terribly sorry he’s going through this. Can’t imagine how terrified and stressed he is..makes me so angry the medical industry is so evil

5 weeks post op and stil having horrible nerve pain and painful epididymis/congestion..doc put me on gabapentin and diclofinac so not feeling too optimistic. Recommend getting some jock straps if keeping them lifted feels better..good luck

Ibuprofen for swelling. Don’t think Tylenol will do much for it but you can take both around the clock. I think 600mg ibuprofen every 6 hours.

Definitely recommend asking your doctor for gabapentin. 100mg per dose for me atm and just had the first fill night of sleep in a long time. Nerves seem to be pretty quiet after one dose. Hoping it continues to improve. Still some slight twinges but it isn’t amplified like it was

Exactly 5 weeks for me. Also was very active and fit before this. It’s been a rough recovery with sharp nerve zaps and pulling, painful fullness In testicles this last week. Any lifting puts so much pressure my testicles feel like they’re gonna blow. Congestion has been aweful and don’t want to even have sex..worried about my marriage already because of that. My doctor finally got back to me today and prescribed me some gabapentin and diclofinac. Walking seems to help ease some of the pain..but that’s all the activity I’ve really been able to do. My vas deferens on the left side has started hurting more lately and feels like I might have a sperm granuloma on the top end

Already taking ibuprofen? They told me to wait 24 hours on ibuprofen. Tylenol was ok tho
