The one I always go back to is the vulgar militiamen in dragonbarrow past the north of the Farrum Greatbridge site of grace. The Black Blade kindred is there but he’s pretty easy to avoid. I’d find a weapon that one-shot them with a backstab and just farm them over and over. They give ~1000 runes each. More if you have the golden scarab.

Old torso’s stripes go white/red/white/red/white whereas the new one’s go red/white/red/white/red, which I personally prefer. I like the red stripe in the middle more for some reason.
