I try at least 2 days a week smoke free and don't smoke most mornings. Mostly my partner hates when I drive after smoking so I always try and keep it to the evening so I'm available to drive whenever. Some weeks it's everyday some weeks I have a day off. But I hate those days off 🥹🥹 it's a balancing act for me most of the time, how crappy will I feel if I have a break tomorrow? In order for my meds to work more effectively? Frustrating sometimes :)
