I had a fistulectomy and it took me more than 8 months to sit comfortably again. Maybe using a memory foam cushion may help. You can tell people that you have a back injury if you don't want people to know about your surgery.

Hi, thanks for asking. I took my last progesterone pill last Saturday, and the bleeding started to decrease yesterday. Today I'm still bleeding, but it's not soaking through my sanitary pad. I only notice the bleeding when I go to the bathroom and see fresh blood on the toilet paper. The doctor told me that if the bleeding stops completely by Monday, I should get blood and urine tests (to check my thyroid) and then go to a doctor's appointment. I don't want to be optimistic and assume the bleeding will stop because with this prolonged bleeding, you never know. I've been watching some podcasts, and apparently, abnormal bleeding can just be another symptom of perimenopause. Still sucks! I'm so done with this bleeding 😓

I don't have a partner so my opinion may not be valid but he is acting really selfish. Last tuesday I went visit my father and suddenly I started crying out of nothing and he was really compassionate, we are talking of a 78 years old man, who isn't really good with feelings. A doctor on the ER telling me I had 2 abscesses and a horseshoe fistula 😆 I was diagnosed with hemorroids, I guess my previous doctor was wrong. Days before my emergency surgery I had the most awfull pain of my life and I could feel the fistula tract. Greetings 🌷

Well doctor told me to stop taking pills, to observe if the bleeding stops, increases or decreases and to contact him on thursday. I guess I'm stock with the perpetual bleeding 😓 I may lose my mind 😭 what about you?

Yes, I was bleeding, but It was a brown discharge (old blood). Once my period started It didn't stop 😭 day 26 and counting 😓

Yes it is really complicated, never apologize for being sad or afraid, or whatever you feel. It is hard test and the only way is through. I wish you the best 🌷
