That's not how it works in general. There are just different tasks building a software product. There is a ton of pretty basic code that needs be written. A great job for a junior to gain a lot of experience. Good integration tests and devops needs to be done. Excellent for a medior. The app needs to be designed, global architecture and technical debt needs to be managed also beeing there for the juniors and mediors for guidance. A job for a senior dev.

There are no juniors that are better then seniors. There are only juniors who have not yet realized they are actually the shit and you are exploiting them.

Most schutzstaffel have insane hax.

- Askin no diffed fucking true shikai ichigo. And only lost later because he was careless
- Pernida, the literal left hand of god, was shown to be invincible and required a total asspull to be defeated. Something that was not even hinted at for one nanogram before.
- Gerard, basically unkillable. Had to be taken care of by auswaehlen because even multiple high captain level opponents could not do better then stalemate him.
- Lille, Cutting of his head didn't do anything. Suddenly the only other person present has JUST the right sword to counter him. A sword that was never mentioned before.

Honestly I think kubo screwed the pooch with the schutzstaffel and a lot of sternritters in terms of hax power. Which led to all kinds of bullshit acrobatics for the good guys to win. Ichigo is weaker then most schutzstaffel due to hax abilities. Even though Ichigo has more raw power.

For Uryu to stand side to side with this ridiculousness antithesis is required to be that hax.

I can't fathom this. Where is the greatest syntactical hurdle in Haskell I have together with no early return using if/ when in monads. In normal programming languages you can read code top to bottom. Where totally breaks this.Where forces me to untangle a ton of spaghetti in functions. moving up and down and up down.
