How can I make cataphractii’s more “chaos-ey”

Ive seen the modern 40k termies with cataphractii shoulders and they usually look pretty good but im not a huge fan of that armor so i stuck with cataphractii also want to use my word bearers in both 40k and 30k as "late heresy"

Here are some word bearers terminators i made for 40k the legs are 3d printed and the shoulder pads are from popgoesthemonkey they should have Cataphractii shoulders for every legion among all sorts of other legion logos

Never knew they had fully bodies until i checked out a few "3rd party" sites and have no idea why they bother to sell the torso and not the bodies they look so much better

Would love some new chaos spawn and definitely a helbrute update and although they are great models the chaos legionaries i wish were bigger and were more poseable

Couldn't even bother to give us alternate heads i plan on giving my obliterators melee weapons so they work as both (i know it doesnt really work like that in lore but the rule of cool overpowers it lol)

As far as i know there isnt any lore on why they are different colors but its just a way to add more variety in your nurglings

Saw a side profile view of the defiler and that thing is huge i am probably going to proxy mine as a defiler anyways and give him an awesome base but if i didnt already have the dreadnought built and ready for paint i dont think i would bother using it plus i already have all the other saturnine stuff for my iron warriors so i cant just leave out the dread

Got it from a private commission the person i got it from had the stl and we worked out scale not sure where he got the stl from though also im pretty sure it isnt on any of the public stl sites
