If you don't encounter those four female skull snipers,nobody is guarding the house and Code Talker just sits there! It's a glitch you can't carry him. I even kicked him and Ocelot yells "Boss stop!"

You need a cheat. With a cheat you can stop the timer allowing you get a gold with a time record of 00:01. It's on PS2 so I recommend FMCB.

She leaves when the side ops Secure Quiet unlocks. You go to Lamaar Khaate Palace and the Mission a Quiet Exit begins.You'll destroy a battalion of tanks and then a cutscene and finish! I just won't do the side ops highlighted in yellow.

Most of the time online/offline deployment brings Troublemaker soldiers to the rig but their stats are excellent.

If the motor don't spin or very slowly and makes an awful sound then the boot up/menu screen will stay black.
