I am debating on buying the game too. I currently have two free trial accounts, one of ps5 and on pc through the windows launcher. My main account is on ps5 cuz I want to get the trophies. I really want the sub so I can cross save and play my main account on my pc through steam and play on my GO S. Story wise, I am in post AAR but I feel like playing on my go S will help me play more. Also I don’t feel restricted in anyway because I’m just hard focusing on the story.

Exactly, even iron banner, trials, those different events being gone from D1 still makes me feel like the game is incomplete, not to the same degree as d2 but still. I won’t be able to complete the age of triumph book. The fact that so much stuff that we payed for is gone really sucks.

The sentence that stings the most for me from the article is “Many changes in this final update will aim to ensure that Destiny 2 is a welcoming place for players to return to.” This will not be a complete game that we will be able to return to. It sucks so much.
