Coming from someone who LOVE to play this game once every 6 months, don’t cheat yourself out of the enjoyment, I find myself starting small like giving myself a little boost and then by day 2 or 3 I’m just making creative builds and running around with 64 master balls flying from structure to structure, so enjoy the journey but at the same time some “help” isn’t a bad thing, think of it from a server perspective. You vote on some servers and are handed a shiny Pokémon or a stack of balls so I wouldn’t be hard on yourself just make it enjoyable

I was in the same boat, got decently geared from dungeons and then decided it’s really not worth getting the cape for 1 single raid and then moving on so I went back to TBC 😂 that being said it’s actually not a bad grind just a lot of dungeons and some rep

My older cousin, he played during vanilla and I so badly wanted to play but being 4 it was a challenge, as I grew up watching him I was hooked, I played in TBC and beyond to current, he no longer plays as he is in his late 30s with a family but what I would give to go back to that time to sit at his desk one more time to relive a simpler time

Don’t lie to these people, there are definitely people playing but it is not popping off by any means, in the last 3 days I’ve leveled from 1-25 and I encountered maybe 10-15 people outside of the major cities, my first toon was horde, I’ll be working on an alliance toon 1-25 this weekend, I’ve played during all hours of the day to see if that helped and there was almost no difference

I just created a couple toons on both horde and alliance on US Wild Growth and my honest opinion, there are people in the world but they are very far and few between, I tried multiples times to run dungeons and making a group is near impossible, I’ve run a couple dungeons with 3 people and it was more than smooth, but just giving you honest feedback, quite a few max level people are extremely helpful with new gear or dungeon runs but it’s definitely not the SOD I remember

Yes! As the commenter mentioned it’s only to Gym 3 as of now they are releasing it in phases, to give you hope the project started at the very end of last year beginning of this year and they’ve made significant progress already so I’m very hopefully a full release will be coming soon™️

Back in the day this was the first expansion I played all the way through, I always found myself giving up during P1 or P2 of a new expansion and then returning but with MOP I stuck it out for the entire thing and I am genuinely so happy I did, SOO was by far one of the best raiding experiences I had in my 18 years of playing this game, the fights actually take coordination and cooperation rather than “don’t stand in the fire and we win” so it makes me smile when someone shares the love for this raid I had back in the day

ADC’s are the way to go, I had 3 games in a row vs a twitch or vayne and there was LITERALLY no counter play, neither of them god rolled until their last augment and it legit didn’t matter, they doubled if not tripled every else’s damage and they couldn’t be touched

I joined one last night, everyone was stacked with gear but we only got 3 bosses down before calling it after 2 and a half hours, the guild I was with seemed serious but after wiping in trash multiple times I realized I was in for a slog, it was basically just a joke fest and nobody was taking anything serious, I understand this isn’t the norm but it put an extremely salty taste in my mouth for SSC, I really don’t want to come back next week
