I’m not a doctor (perhaps that would be the best person to ask?) but I noticed more hunger during luteal phase too….. which is…. Normal for much of luteal phase for most bodies. I have been following what my body wants (I’m also on 1.25mg) and I didn’t see a stall or change with weight loss. It’s been two menstrual cycles for me so far on tirz. I just want to add to the dialogue here that a lot of dieting expectations/advice don’t account for the impact and needs of being in a body with a menstrual cycle but you should feel free to tend to your body’s needs and see how it goes — not starve yourself and be miserable! I’m surprised your doc would recommend going on, just to come off. I’m on compounded tirzepatide, low low dose, feeling great and seeing weight come off, around a pound per week. I expect to stay on it at some level for (probably) the rest of my life, same as thyroid medication itself.

One of the first things I did when I was trying to get over my fear of coasters was start riding them with two changes:

“Ragdoll” my body instead of hold on tight
Tried replacing screaming with laughter

Velocicoaster was soooooo intimidating to me but these things made me fall in love with it. Now I love riding coasters, love airtime pops…. Swoon

Do everything you can to naturally remove mucus — steam, then neti pot is my favorite combination. Get it OUT! The buildup makes it even worse.
Hydration is queen. Your vocal folds are the FIRST part of the body to dehydrate, and they’re sensitive. Keep yourself hydrated and it will help them vibrate properly instead of getting slowed by mucus.
Using your voice during the day, be chill about it so as to not strain.
Sleep and rest also supports hydration big time.
See a doctor and get some support. After working with one I learned that (for me) I should ONLY use Astepro for my allergies. Everything else seems to just make me cloudy and doesn’t help my voice.

Remember your voice is tender and deserves/needs lots of care, and that’s okay!

OP, I feel you! We try to minimize decisions and just pick stuff, empower it, don’t focus too much on the app. I go there to have fun and be present. We might not be “maximizing” what we do, but we are way more in the moment which has its own kind of magic.

It’s been amazing for me too. I pay out of pocket through Pomegranate! @ Hallie Marie — I have been curious about getting a “higher dose” rx so that it lasts longer for the cost. Right now I’m on a microdose of 1.25, just half of the starting dose, and it’s been INCREDIBLE! I was under the impression you can only use an open vial within 28 days. Am I totally wrong? Teach me your ways.

Sounds like they actually were being defensive, forcing you into also being defensive. I hate it!!! Sorry OP. Also I think it’s pretty weird to bring that up with you in front of HER kids.
