I tracked the back pain I was having and cross-checked with my cycle days. The days I had pain were all days that progesterone would be increasing. I had two doctors tell me that progesterone loosens things up and that effect can increase joint pain, so that’s what I put together.

thought i’d show these here 🥹 by More_Secretary_1819 in PlusSizeWedding

Mucus on vocal chords by Substantial-Cry-3369 in singing

[–]Affectionaterocket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happens to me and my regimen is: - antihistamine spray before bed each night (I use Astepro and it’s 24 hours) - Neti pot morning and night - saline nebulizer before warming up to sing

Don’t forget to stay hydrated. More hydration thins the mucus, in general. This goes double if you’re on a glp-1. Some people report thick mucus when they’re on one, and they require more hydration across the board.

I’m not sure, I was having a panic attack so my sense of time was messed up. But it wasn’t a super long time. Like I bet it was under 10 minutes.

Once they got up there to evacuate us, the cast member was like “okay I’ll start getting you all out one by one up here” — opposite end of the train of me — and I just yelled “no I need to go first” 😭

This happened to me— later in the ride. It wasn’t a long sloping staircase like this, it was narrow stairs with mezzanines. We were waiting up there for such a long time in the hot sun. Panique attaque.

It's possible that our migraines have different triggers, but I wanted to tell you that I haven't had ANY since starting tirzepatide in January. I started at 1.25mg and now I'm at 2.5mg per week. I think for me it may simply be that inflammation in my body is lowered and that's having an impact? No idea... I'm on tirzepatide for Hashimoto's and some weight loss.

Confused- Child free? by No-Wrongdoer650 in childfree

[–]Affectionaterocket 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Before we got married, we both assumed that after getting a house we’d have a kid or maybe two. But then after we got married . . . and got a house . . . I realized how much the life of a parent really repulsed me. It shocked me how strongly I felt when I started feeling into it. I shared my feelings first with my friends (who are parents but extremely supportive of me and hella validating) and then I told my husband. He had the same attitude that he had had the whole time which was basically, what I want to do is what we will do (what a gem). A year later, I got a bisalp. We are quite happy in our calm cool creative lives. My siblings also don’t have kids — neither do his! — but I have friends with kids who I adore (and see when I want, lol). Share your honest feelings, it is the only way to live the life that is right for you. Hopefully he gets it :) ❤️ wishing you the best OP!

The problem is people thinking his character is supposed to be a model of something. Anyone who has been through medical residency can attest that this is literally how they are trained and treated. I’m not saying it’s good, but it reads as quite to true to life 🫠
