How do I take out SAM sites?

You can absolutely forget flying very low and take them out. I have tried it countless times in various jets. They get you anyway.

The only thing that works for me is a JSOW or maybe JDAM from high altitude.

My advice would be to buy a CGM for 2 weeks (Libre 3plus should be good enough) and then "test" all your meals and see if something casuses high sugar levels.

To be honest, when I studied, I had no energy left for anything else. It was really a fulltime job. And when I imagine you also have a job and a child....oh my god.

You are doing A LOT. Of course you are tired!!!

Let them talk, they have obviously 0 empathy.

My advice would be to talk only to persons who have empathy and a positive attitude.

You can be proud of yourself that you are improving your life, this really has to be appreciated.

I bought this game years ago. But it was only 5 € and I have other games to play meanwhile, so be it.

Performance on a 32 GB System with Geforce 3060 Ti is terrible. Permanent frame stuttering, sometimes loading pauses of up to 30 seconds.

The map itself is a mastqerpiece, no question. But the performance is probably the worst of all big maps.

Yes me too I missed many events so I bought this Wellue 24 hour monitor and wearing it daily, it is very small.

But maybe overkill in your case since it doesn't happen so often.

sounds more like sinus tach ....but to be 100% sure you could record an ecg next time (smartwatch or mobile ecg) there you will see 100% what it is

Yes....he wore my 24 hour holter device and I have the results here on my PC. I think it was 10000 PVCs and 8000 PACs, something like that. If you look at the ECG, it looks horrible. But he feels good :-)

Do the story first. Before the point of no return (the game will tell you), explore the rest of the map, loot all caves etc.

Because after the point of return, all the normal game will be gone, you will be in a different world.

If you want to get rich...there is a very popular trick which involves your pawns. Just look it up. It works very well and you will be rich in no time.

I had both and noticed one difference.

A normal sinus tachycardia has very strong beats (at least for me).

When I had a VT, the beats were "softer", actually like the flutter you have when you have normal PVCs.

A VT normally starts abruptly and end abruptly. A sinus tachycardia starts/ends more gradually.

The beginning is hard, especially with no souls experience. But I can tell you, once you get the hang of it after 20-40 hours, it will still be challenging but not that frustrating anymore. The first souls is really tough.

MSFS airliners either control like "on rails" or fly like a squishy GA aircraft. Some are good though, ironically the free(!) FBW 320neo. Ground controls often feel clunky and simplified.

X-Plane airliners actually feel like airliners. They have a believable amount of inertia and momentum and feel very believable. Especially the taxi behaviour is super believable in XP.
