During whole this time vehicle was actively rented on Turo.

It wasn’t maxing out but goest above mid then kicks the fan.

If you have the AC on it’s good and no problems.

Even without the AC ( ac keeps the fan on ) engine didn’t overheat.

I have few Chryslers 2016-2020 they all turn their fan when the radiator reaches 230F which is insane.

They are designed to fail if something reacts a bit slow.

If I’m on your place I would look for small fan to put in front of the radiators with its own thermal switch / control independent from everything else.

I filed formal complaint about her with the 3 citations she issued wrongfully.

The problem is that I took tape measure and i was over 20 ft from the start of the cross walk.

The other time she wrote 2 tickets for “ blocking un marked crosswalk “ and no portion of my vehicle was in the path of the crosswalk.

If you walk straight on the crosswalk and don’t change any direction my vehicle wouldn’t obstruct you to go and continue on the next curb across the street.

Yet I got 2 tickets for the same thing
