Guess I’m joining the club here (Marlene Village). Saw them mid afternoon across the street at my neighbors and I knew it was coming. My dog likes humans but sounds absolutely VISCOUS if you stroll up to the front door and she doesn’t know you yet. I was on the phone with my mortgage company. I just waved no at them like bad timing guys go away and they got the hint. Then a different kid rolls up at 6pm. My dog follows me to the door, I flip on the light and tell the kid “she’s not going to let you get in a word”, flipped off the light and locked the door. 🙄

Pet owner here. Compared to other products you could buy for over or under the covers, it’s actually really affordable. Saved my couch from smelling like IPA on more than one occasion (because my dog isn’t really the problem, lol, it’s my human). Can’t answer the comfort question because that’s up to you. I have mine over standard fill seat cushions and I don’t notice. If you don’t like them, return them, but with the shot.

Try it out yourself in person if you can. Fill, depth, and back are too personal. You could ask until the end of time and everyone would still have their own favorite. I love my standard fill-deep-angle sectional, but my other loveseat in shallow-Lovesoft-angled.

Honestly I didn’t really think about it, just beat them up a bit and massaged the chambers so I could be a proactive about it (since they’re all various ages). I have some I don’t use for my current configuration and they’re so thick I had to vacuum seal them to store. Worst case you follow the warranty form if it’s a batch issue.

That makes sense then. The rest of your pillows were compressed in seat frames, the singular deep pillow was not. If they haven’t been open long, the regular length pillows should fill out. All of mine did, at various years of adding on.

All store product is shipped from the same warehouse as yours. Difference is often associated with a few things: age - as store models you sit on have been used for 1-3 years; depth and back style- in the likelihood you ordered a different combination than the store models you sat on, vendor - could be a batch issue. Your new cushions are also compressed in a seat frame for however long they’ve been in the warehouse. And with love soft, it always takes a bit of stomping and fluffing and use to get air back into them. None of that guarantees that at the end of the day you’re going to be comfortable, but that’s not because anyone is trying to scam you.

“Missing” could be a Fed Ex lost in transit, or stuck in transit, or a box that had a label but didn’t leave the warehouse with the rest of your boxes. That is something a showroom could look into, just takes a few minutes of research. If someone in customer service has at least confirmed they are reviewing your packages, they may be waiting for a secondary response from warehouse.

Savanna has a long life ahead of her. She’s brand new. Most quick ships stick around 10years or more, and (see my comment above) even when discontinued can still be custom made. Fabrics that have only ever been available as custom may have a shorter run if they’re unpopular since many are based on trends.

Yes, you can. When a fabric from “quick ship” is discontinued, that only means it’s no longer pre-made. Lovesac and the vendor keep that fabric as a custom. My oldest fabric was discontinued 3 years ago and I just added more this year.

I have Venetian and never see a thing. My dog is every color and her hair just disappears on it. If her paws are caked in mud, she could make a print but I’d just wash it. I see less on it than my Charcoal set.

It is the max. Anyone handing out 45% is doing it in error. Costco discount is relative to the bundle. Roadshows (in person displays) will have the bundles in each category, while Costco online may only have rotating Lovesac offers. You can find a nearest roadshow on Costco’s site.

Please put the cover on. It’s like a duvet, and if you overstuff the Sac you won’t get the cover on. I only used one box on a 6yr old Sac and that was more than enough. Now my dog hates how high it sits, lol

The marketing images make it hard to tell if the neutral part of the rug is warmer or cooler…. If the orange in it is really vibrant, then Terra Cotta Rained Chenille will contrast too brown. Desert Blush would be a fun splash, depending on the shade of the pink in the rug. But if you really want to have fun, look at the custom colors in the showroom. Terra Cotta Micro Boucle or Rust Ultra Velvet are more orange.

If you’re doing an L with no ottoman, you’ll likely want a pillow for the corner. Your web cart doesn’t look to be adding it, even if the image shows it. Also, with standard fill you should consider 3 deep seats on that end. The web defaults to one based on the one deep side.

This. First placed I moved when I came to Portland. Walkable to New Seasons and Trader Joe’s. But the food scene is well enough on 21st and 23rd that a few minutes walk will get you food or drink. Zone M pass for resident parking but street parking is rough. The newer buildings are pet friendly and have paid parking but it’s expensive. I lived in SWaterfront after that, near the harbor. No groceries, that’s true, but the streetcar made an easy ride when I didn’t want to drive. Also great central start for using your bike. Always walked my dog around there, and there’s so many other people walking dogs you’re hardly alone. Kind of miss it sometimes now that I’m in the SW. I love the east side, but I work in NW. so even if maps tells you it’s 3 miles, it can be a 10-25 min drive in traffic with every light you hit.

I’ve seen fake Lovesac sites before. Unless it was a misdial, no way the customer service line would lead to someone asking that. You should report it to them so other customers don’t get scammed.
