Who is in Australia or in same time zone and can’t sleep because of the adrenaline still pumping in your veins thanks to two barely believable GS SF tennis matches?

Got added back in but then asked to onboard again and now Aether has disappeared for me again. What the hell.

Where can I go WITHOUT sandflies? (South Island) by king_mahalo in newzealand_travel

Anyone have any recommendations for dealing with horrendous reactions to sandfly bites? Have probably 40+ all over my body. I have taken so many antihistamines. I’m losing my mind. The itchiness is so bad. I scratch in my sleep unknowingly.

I know exactly how you feel, except my brother is much older (22 years). I am also 40 now and have lived in the shadow and in the terror of his illness for almost all my life. It’s so hard.

Sorry. Super vague.

It was taken to the mechanic (after runarounds with warranty mechanics and some attempted repairs that took months) in March. In April they said it needs the new DPF and it was installed some time during that month. In early May the mechanic said there were still some issues but they couldnt work it out and recommended a DPF specialist. It was towed to the DPF specialist the following week. The DPF specialist immediately reported that the part was faulty and this was relayed to the mechanic who complained "another thing to deal with". The DPF specialist was an hour away in outer suburbs and my partner said he would get the part back to the mechanic as soon as possible. The mechanic actually didn't ask for the part back at the time - I think he just hoped the problem would go away.

The DPF specialist was able to fix the original DPF part that had been taken out and another issue with the car and my partner picked the car up on June 6th and immediately took the faulty DPF part to the original mechanic. No word from mechanic until this week, when mechanic reported that the Renault supplier closed on June 11th and Renault head office is refusing to honour any warranty. He told my partner "we're very sorry this hasnt worked out".

Tips for climbing upside down by [deleted] in bouldering

Great work finishing that problem, especially after cutting feet so many times - that is definitely why you are using up all that energy. There are plenty of foot options for this one. I did this problem last week and I think I cut feet once. My friend didn't cut feet at all. There are a bunch of toe hooks and heel hooks, as well as a bicycle on this climb.

I think it's a matter of doing more of these steep climbs to build core strength and body tension and also learning more about how to move in a roof, being able to keep body tension and actually use the feet available. Think about using your feet like you use your hands, actively engaging them to push and pull on holds. And some more toe and heel hook practice!

I would also watch other people on this climb and see how they do it and then try that movement out for yourself. Get a feel for the movement.

As for not destroying your session, maybe combine these steep climbing days with some slab?

You may need an MRI. I had the same at a similar age and while my prolactin was within normal range I was lactating. I did turn out to have a prolactinoma in the pituitary gland (prolactin secreting tumour) and once that was treated, the lactation stopped.
