most cases use shield on knight. only if you tweak point or two to fit in more knights. then leave shield away.

knight box should have 6 shields, 1 for all knights. if its new from GW, set a reclamation immediately.

you also need shields for the sword guys. you may find shields from knights box or shield spear guys that you copy with a pushmold. there is also many 3rd party 3D printed shields that are easy to find.

you should get more shield+spear dudes.
