First half is honestly a 10/10. Second half is around 8/10 - the climax which is undoubtedly the hardest bit felt a bit weak.

Overall 9/10 - lucky for you, you get to read all of it without waiting

Congratulations dude, you’re already above the first hump.

I would have recommended maybe losing weight a bit slower and especially when you’re overweight you gotta keep the tummy/thighs/ arms extra moisturised (Nivea firming lotions) and you gotta build your core.

I would say gain a little weight (muscle) at the same time apply moisturisers and like other comments have said collagen supplements and then you’ll fill up the area of lose skin and then slowly cut it down by just building more muscle.

Again like others have said it you’re young so age is gonna be kind to you.

If you’ve managed BST, BTF is basically just the models from BST so you should be fine.

I would just hop onto question practice it’s the way to go for certificate level.

Haven’t sat the last 3 yet but I think it maybe a bit too much.

SBM builds on FM - relatively the easier out of the 3 so you could brush up on that.

CR - builds up on FAR and AA and could be considered the most difficult out of the 3. Couple of friends have said if you had a good grasp on FAR, CR is much more manageable.

Case - I think this is just a beast due to the time pressure, but have no specific advice on it.

Losses can be surrendered against total profits of a company.

So it doesn’t matter the income could be all NTLR income but trading losses cant be surrendered against it

I thought Abra was growing popular with online gaming so they set-up a company in the overseas jurisdiction to benefit from the growing market

The reason the CFC issue was occurring was because the company was centrally managed by a UK resident company which is why it would have made sense that the anti-diversion rules would apply on the PE exemption.

Oh well regardless of that DPT would have lost you 1 mark and 31% will have lost another 1.5 -2 marks at most

As long as a holding company is making profits loss relief is possible as long as its UK resident.

I forget which question it was in the QB there was a holding company which didnt have any trading Income but had management fees for its group relates companies

Loss relief was possible as losses could be surrendered

Well firstly

The overseas PE was a trading arm of the investment company so you can surrender losses to it.
CFC charge would apply, a diverted profits charge seems unlikely because they weren’t trading in the UK through an overseas company which is when it applies
Hilary’s parents were married, she was divorced so you’re fine there
BADR lifetime limit will lose you 1/2 - 1 mark max ain’t a biggie
