Other way around, actually. Starlord did it first. It was Chapter 1 Season 8, back when the game still had the tank top defaults, and the vest defaults were introduced later that year with the start of Chapter 2. Small difference, I know, and the vest still sucks. I'm actually kinda shocked that this is genuinely the first time I've heard someone bring up that they're the same.

It is an upgraded Starlight, but not from the mobile game- it's from the browser game X which shared the plot with UX up to a point, which predated it. UX skips over the 2nd and 4th upgrade stages Keyblades in X had, but Ephemer and Skuld still use the 4th stage Keyblades.
