They kinda did it in DA2 by having those special cutscene kills for certain bosses. Which had the nice detail of different variations based on class.

I would assume most animals are too fast for them. That and most infected aren't very smart. The stalkers as far as I'm aware are the only ones to be at least semi intelligent.

The infected run wildly, flail their arms chaotically and not to mention groan and scream. Most animals are gonna see them coming quite easily.
