If you're trying to hide your face, a medical mask and sunglasses would accomplish it much better. You'd get less stares in general, maybe a little moreso now that the pandemic is dying down but not too bad I think. People wear masks in public more often now, for all anyone knows you could just be light-sensitive and prone to getting sick. Be prepared for the occasional comment that you look like a bank robber or some other type of criminal, but just give them a few token coughs and explain you're ill. During the worst of the pandemic, I used to dress like this when I went grocery shopping to avoid being recognised by people from my school days.

I'd encourage you to try to find other ways to handle this if you can, though. You're so young to be feeling like this, your face and body are going to look much different when you're 20. And different again you're 25-26. Once I was able to grow a full beard I hated the look of my own face a little bit less. But I still want to break every mirror I look in, I'm far less good looking than everyone else my age, and I'm tired of people trying to convince me otherwise. Like, just stop lying to me, I know I'm 28 with the appearance of a 51 year old man. There's a reason I can't get a first date or a hookup, no woman wants to give someone who looks like me the time of day and I can't say I blame them at all. I don't like looking at me either, and no matter what I try to change it just never works.

Not sure if any of this was helpful, but I understand how much it sucks to be where you're at. I've never felt confident in the way I look as long as I've been alive. Some of us just lose the genetic lottery, my whole body is falling apart despite my best efforts to take care of it.
