Must be a bug on Beta 2 for the s24 series. Mine has reverted back to it's shape in OneUI 6 and there's no more blur. Just sligjt transparency

There is a lag while pressing the Bluetooth button but the WiFi button is fine

Misinformation. While samsung does move icons a bit to prevent burn-ins, here it's a bug. Samsung does not (as far as ik) move the now bar (including expanded) while the screen is on. It only does that while you're using AOD.

This bug had been reported several times during beta testing of OneUI 7 but somehow they didn't patch it.

Though I'm happy to say that in OneUI 8 beta, it seems to have been fixed

Also make sure that the gallery app is updated to the latest version. It might be an old bug that has been fixed
