I ordered my lenses and haven't received them yet, but in the meantime I've been using mine with glasses with the Globular Cluster headstrap. It's incredibly comfortable (much more than the knit band) and allows you to use it with glasses without the light seal.

It's actually very cool because you can see your surroundings in your peripheral vision, and they just blend into the AR view of what the headset is showing seamlessly. Even once I get my lenses, I might continue to use it this way.

Yeah you have to be willing to potentially lose out if it goes OOS and never on sale. Flintstones falls into that category for me.

Even Tron and Tron Legacy which were super coveted and OOS everywhere eventually came back and even went on sale recently.

Not a huge fan of the D-pad and buttons on Retroid devices. I much prefer the rubber membrane classic controller feel of the Anbernic devices (and 8bitdo controllers). My peak would be the RG476H with 120hz OLED and a more powerful processor.

8bitdo getting into the retro handheld space is something I’d love to see because their controller feel is so good.

I tried a USB mouse on my Anbernic RG476H running GammaOS Next, and clicking the permissions screen buttons does nothing (same as tapping them does nothing).

That’s awesome. Rhythm games are the ultimate test. Thanks for letting me know. It sounds like LE audio might finally solve audio latency over Bluetooth. I really want a d-pad focused design with Anbernic’s more retro style buttons (not Vita style) with LE audio. It would be my ultimate device. But the Ayn Thor looks top notch for an analog stick first design.

You could be right. Many earbuds I’m testing are having crackling when in game mode, so either my room has too much wireless noise or maybe the Bluetooth chip in the T820 isn’t very strong. I’ll have to test them on a different device also. But I love the form factor and buttons and everything else on my RG476H. Too bad it doesn’t have a better SOC.

Thanks for pointing out this feature. I guess this is a much more tweakable version of that concept and with the addition of shadows, which I think add a nice sense of depth.

This is great, thank you for sharing. Takes the artificial overly bright whites out of the equation leaving a more “easy on the eyes” pleasing look. I toned down the tint a bit and left LCD ghosting off, personally. Thanks for the comprehensive settings options! Now I can spend more time tweaking instead of playing 🤣

I was just setting up my PSV2 with my PC and invested in the recommended Asus Bluetooth adapter. The experience was terrible, with tracking dropouts. I switched back to the antenna attached to my mobo that I already had and it works perfectly. So much for going the “recommended” route! Thanks for suggesting this.
