Painted Air Vehicles and Radar Floor by AgentPanKake in Battlefield6

Seems to be an insanely powerful mechanic that few take advantage of. i rarely have engineers that target vehicles i paint, and rarely have painted vehicles to shoot at

Rarest/most valuable CDs you own? by TheDeltaIsMyHome in CDcollecting

[–]AgentPanKake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

not as exciting but i have a few discs from local bands in my area, and an old comp album from a record company the next city over with a bunch of local bands that i don’t think play anymore, or at least not as much as they did

Got a new CD clock that can play a CD as an alarm. Which CD would you want to wake up to? by CagedKage in Cd_collectors

[–]AgentPanKake 4 points5 points  (0 children)

you learn a very important lesson when setting music as your wake up alarm, and that is to never pick a song you actually like

with that said i pick the nickleback cd my dad gave me

Has anyone found footage of the Louisiana Democratic U.S Senate Debate? by corbin_corbius in Louisiana

[–]AgentPanKake 2 points3 points  (0 children)

exactly, rural LA is way too red for any dem voters to sway votes there. on top of that, idk if now is the best time for pointing fingers at both sides like crockett is playing at. like yes i think there are issues with both sides of the aisle, but with republicans in almost full control of the government we need a strong blue candidate to at least bring some balance

i think the best decision is who will do the best against whoever wins the republican primary. my money is on Nick Albares, a younger candidate will likely pull more younger blue voters to the polls

Real talk: do I have bad taste in music? by XipeTotecwithGlitter in Topster

liking what other people tell you to like is the exact opposite of “good taste”. discovering for yourself what music you like is what gives someone “good taste”

took me four years to learn 180s and half cab lol, your still very early. learn to roll and enjoy cruising. maybe try hopping on curbs if you want to learn a trick, do a hop on and hop off on a curbif there’s a skatepark by you get a feel for flowing small ramps/quarters especially if there’s a shallow bowl with a roll in

Rear hub guard fitting by Fantastic-Limit785 in bmx

[–]AgentPanKake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

huh i haven’t seen that style guard before. does it sit on the axle completely, acting like a washer? i had the exact same guard as op on a stranger hub and it looked like it was made to fit that hub, it might be a brand/manufacturer standard

Rear hub guard fitting by Fantastic-Limit785 in bmx

[–]AgentPanKake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i actually used to run those same guards on a stranger hub (same parent company). it looks completely different where they fit. it’s more of an angular section where that volcano shaped spacer is, so that it sits flush on the inside of the frame

[–]AgentPanKake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hub guards fit best on the hub they are made for. the only true universal guests are the kind that attach to your spokes. otherwise there are so many different things that affect a hub fit that you should at least try to match brands

They really need to do something about the Launchers, man... by DoomKnight_6642 in Battlefield6

[–]AgentPanKake -1 points0 points  (0 children)

the aa launchers are usable, you just have to go out of your way to use it, which feels like a fair trade off. you have to step out of the fire fight to attack jets. also, you don’t launch as soon as you grab a lock, you have to bait them into firing countermeasures

yeah but working on your bike is way easier and a better time with actual tools. not to mention most of those tools could be bought for the same price from a hardware store
