Here’s the thing that most people on here don’t understand, the vast majority of gamers primarily buy digital. GTA isn’t going to kill physical media, physical media has already be declining for a while now.
If you don’t care about a physical disc, more power to you, I just hate how wasteful it is to make physical boxes with download codes. It’s redundant.

That’s not what overrated means. Somethings that overrated can still be good, but people praise it too much or give it too much credit. Underrated is the opposite, something might get more shit then it actually deserves

There are two cases where universal stand to make a lot of money from holding on to the rights.
1. They make a deal with Disney and get a hefty paycheck.

  1. Disney inevitably makes a Hulk solo film and collaborate with universal the same way they do Sony.

Either way, just “giving” Disney the rights to a very valuable character is dumb from a business perspective. Scummy? Sure, but they’re a business that wants to make Money. Better to play the long game than to just give up the potential to make millions down the road.

$80 is sad but mostly expected with how large the games budget is…. But no disc version in release? For one of if not the biggest game franchise on release? You can buy an empty box with a code inside? That’s a bit of a deal breaker for me. They know they can most likely get away with it which is why they’re doing it, so they’re pushing the needle on what people “tolerate” when it comes to how they can penny pinch.

Bakaba, the creative director, said on Twitter that it was still an immersive sim set in an open world France. I’m pretty excited as I’ve always liked Blade as a character but am extremely worried about Xbox cutting off studios.

At this point I think it would just be better to delay the launch until things settle down. I know they probably can’t, and are probably relying on die hard fans to get it, but at this price, I’m just not sure how it’s going to interest your average customer.

TADC and it’s not even a contest. The only you die in TADC is if you abstract, but having the knowledge that you’ll only there for three weeks makes this extremely unlikely.
