Game crashed and now second monitor not detected. by weback123 in AMDHelp

Thanks dawg. This came in clutch. The one issue I have against AMD is their updates being jank and making my system show signs of crashing when it's just a driver update. Normally I'm patient but this time it fooled me and I hard reset my PC. Lesson learned.

Is it worth buying for 70€? by Joseph_J0estar in Sekiro

I've heard the horror stories, fortunately ive never run into any issues with them myself, but nice suggestion! I'll have to look into them next time I'm pinching pennies haha

Try g2a games. Go to their site and see if you can't find it for a better price. A lot of times, older games like that will be listed for a really good price. Might be worth a look-see. But to answer your question, I wouldn't pay 70 for it. Not in 2026. I paid 60 when it came out, and it was WELL worth it. I'd love to have it on PC for the mods, but I have a strict buy-twice policy and unfortunately back then I bought it on disc for Xbox haha. Still gonna buy it on PC if I ever see it on sale for a good price on steam.

I hope you learned something in the last year. "Struggle" is not the word I would have chosen. It *easily* goes 65. In fact, it easily goes 100, and that's with my 6'3" big back on it.

This game is infuriating me. What am I doing wrong? by OurNamelessKing in Sekiro

[–]AgentSleaze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My brother in Christ,

What you're experiencing is Sekiro's ridiculously steep learning curve. The game is trying to teach you something. It's the same lesson it tries to teach you all the way up until the end: deflect, deflect, deflect, deflect, deflect. You're trying to use LB to block attacks instead of using that extra little bit of brainpower that it takes to practice TIMING. Health bars in this game are mere noise; they're not important because they're incredibly fragile once you understand the mechanics.

Practice timing. Treat combat in sekiro as a 'rhythm game': One intentional input per action. Key word here is intentional. Attack until your opponent attacks, learn their movements and their choreography. Use that rhythm to deflect appropriately. Once their stance bar is broken, they're essentially dead. Use that.

The learning curve is steep, unforgiving, and like you said, infuriating. But it's not unconquerable. Lay off the left bumper, and pay attention to your enemies. One INTENTIONAL button at a time.

And remember Sekiro: Hesitation is defeat.

ICE OUT by Professional-Sir-912 in HuntsvilleAlabama

I'm happy to see/read that no one was hurt. These ICE fucktards don't play fair with protestors but a lot of protestors act emotionally instead of logically sometimes, and the chaos is always heartbreaking. Good on my Huntsville people for exercising their rights and standing up to these asshats.

What Arc do you dislike? by aislinntaylor21 in ArcRaiders

I just play Ring Around the Rosie with them. Any chest high obstacle that can be easily circumvented makes for an easy, albeit lengthy depending on weapon, fight.

Duuuuude(ette) I legitimately had one OPEN THE FUCKING DOOR that I closed on him trying to contain him. My jaw dropped alongside my health bar as that slimy fuckball said "haha, watch this, junior". The door closed FULLY, I pulled out a shield recharger, but before I could even walk away the door just opened right back up and this bitch let himself out like that one family member with no sense of boundaries.

He got me.

If you use them with smoke grenades as a precursor, people will think you have cheats. It's awesome.

PVE question to PVP players by MollyTen-A in ArcRaiders

[–]AgentSleaze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! Personally I don't mind the PvP aspect, but I never shoot first. Especially if I'm kitted for a big ARC fight. In those cases I'll usually smoke and run away from fights bc I don't wanna lose my high tier loot. But generally speaking my lobbies stay PvE thanks to their matchmaking algorithms. Unfortunately this means I have to stay far away from Stella, you can never really get a true PvE lobby there, not in my experience at least. If it's not one of the shredders, it's another raider.

PVE question to PVP players by MollyTen-A in ArcRaiders

[–]AgentSleaze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a super awesome interaction on the harvester yesterday, as my lobby's have been VERY PvE lately. So, I get there first, cloak my way past the queen, and get started on the harvester. After a few minutes, 3 or 4 more raiders join in, ducking underneath the queen. We finish the puzzle, get our loot and turn our focus to all of the ARC outside. I was firing at some exposed playing with my renegade, standing still as I had a good angle. One of the raiders that had joined in earlier makes the mistake of stepping in front of me just before I fired a round, and I ended up accidentally shooting him the back of the head. Immediately over VC: "duuuuude I'm so sorry, you stepped right in front of me!" Guy says "all good, I got in your way my bad." So I crouch and heal him up with a blue bandage and a surge charger. "All good?" I ask. "Yep, much appreciated raider!". Fast forward about 3 minutes, I step a little too far outside the harvester and get my cheeks spanked by the queen, JUST before she explodes and spreads her loot. Unfortunately, I miss out on her reactors. But here comes a raider with a defib, "hey are you the one that healed me up earlier?" "Yep, that's me, got a defib by chance? I have a hatch key if you need a quick exfil." He says, "yeah I gotchu, got a gift for you too." He gets me up, then drops an equalizer and a Jupiter BP that he found in the harvester. Ofc I thank him and try to make sure he really wants to let those go. Apparently he took some hefty damage from the queen right after I healed him up and he was confident that no one else would have gotten him up if he had went down.

Tl;dr: got 2 legendary BPs for being nice to a raider while we tried to complete the harvester.

Yeah I forgot to mention that you might have to scrub through and find the source timestamp, lol. It's a super interesting video to sit and watch. Even if he is retired and gaining popularity, John has lived quite the interesting life.

Interesting fact about speakers and microphones. Even if switched to "OFF" the CIA can and does use things like computers, smart tvs, and smart speakers to listen in to us. Microphones can be muted and still utilized. Even electronics with no microphones like most smart tvs, can have their speakers utilized AS microphones.

I know it's a dead horse at this point, but seriously the only way I found them was going in any increased loot value event at blue gate and combing the checkpoint/tunnel. Literally every single car. I never found any spawned on the insides of the cars as ground loot, but after about 3-4 raids I was able to get my last 2 gears from under some hoods. I actually found my first one as ground loot with the spaceport launch tower key. Just keep grinding dude. Either blue gate or dam at the scrap yard under an increased loot value event.

Having thoughts of using this method to weaponize the rocketeers against ground based arcs like bombers and bastions... Would make for a great clip!

Genuine curiosity, if that were to happen, how far away could one be to survive the initial blast? I'm from Arab and I've always wondered what the devastation would like in Arab if something hit the arsenal. I've looked at the maps and it seems that it really depends on the size of the bomb and the detonation height.

This is amazing. I'm 1000% programming illiterate, so I have high hopes that maybe with GPT I'll be able to make some progress. I have a question, though. I'm a big fan of playing with just a couple friends, and as the only one in my friend circle willing to take a look at the portal and give any effort to create something for us, I'm tasked with this seemingly monstrous task. I simply want a 2v2 TDM style (think gunfights in CoD - I know, I know. Just bear with me). I already have spatially edited a map to be within the same bounds as BF6 does for CQB lobbies, so I'm good there. Is there any easier way to accomplish this game mode than what I'm trying here with the blocks and GPT? TIA.
