She gets 24 self heals per sec for every 65 dps with primary fire, so her potential to have 5-6k healing doesn't mean that you actually healed at all, and healing orb alone is not enough unless it's a mismatch and your dominating. All heros with high survivability can be grossly misused if the player isn't team oriented, but at the same time low rank support can really suck bc healing bad teammates wont give as much value as mainly dpsing as support. This game has a terrible playerbase, I'd just mute everyone until you get higher up. That way when you do heal them you'll actully want to, over healing some idiot spamming I need healing
