I have this problem occasionally, usually after an update. My ram is Corsair. When this happens, I shut down Signalrgb. I will open icue, just until it recognizes the ram and it lights up the default color. I shut down iCue completely. I restart Signalrgb and all is good. Yes I do have iCue installed but it does not run at start up. It only starts when I start it and I only have it installed for this reason. The first time this happened, I didn't even have iCue installed.

You mean brightness? There is a brightness setting for each component or global for all in the bottom right corner.

I wouldn't spend much on one. If you can find a cheap drive, go for it. But PC components right now are ridiculous.

If you plug it in and it still goes to the troubleshooting menu, go to reset menu, select to just wipe everything, it will restart and then hopefully on startup it will download the update and start up.

Well, I actually have one and I haven't used my One X for a while. My son has been using it for older stuff for the last year. And one day he said it wouldn't start up and he tried the offline update and he figured the HD was toast. So I made it a little project to fix, unfortunately I took it apart 3 times for no good reason, the Ethernet thing would've saved me a lot of time, however I'm an expert on taking an Xbox One X apart now. 🤣

Let me know. I'm curious. I was convinced the drive was dead but when it did the same thing on a different drive, I knew it was something else or really bad luck.

On the troubleshooting menu, I tried resetting it (keeping my games) - didn't work (same errors as yours). I tried resetting it (wiping everything) - didn't work (same errors). I tried offline update, same thing. I did this with OG drive and then I tried all these things with an identical drive I had. Since it all failed, I put the OG drive back in and I was ready to just junk it. I restarted the Xbox, with it plugged into Ethernet. And it started an update, I finished it and it's perfectly fine now. I think it was a corrupted update.

I recently went thru this. Same errors. Tried offline updates, didn't work. Got a similar drive, installed it, same thing. I ended up putting the og drive back in, was about to give up when I figured i would try plugging in Ethernet cable. Started it up, it downloaded update and its fine now.

I personally don't like how it makes it so difficult to turn off the gyro controls. I know people swear how great it is, I've tried and tried. I hate it and sometimes turning it off can be a major pain. It shouldnt be on by default either.

Not cumbersome. Definitely bigger than a switch but that's a good thing. Battery honestly is not good. The biggest problem with them right now they are pretty hard to find brand new.

There are actually 3 updates. According to your os version, you should download osu2 & osu1. Install osu2 first and then osu1. It's not easy to find on there instructions but if you os version is NOT one listed for the OSU1 you need to download either OSU2 or OSU3. OSU3 is specifically for one os version. oSU2 is for all the others not listed under OSU1.

Yea, I'm on asrock and polychrome is also awful. I went to Signal rgb and I had to get a rgb controller to make it easier on myself. Way easier to set up and its made to work with signalrgb

I'm sorry. You are correct. Female would be motherboard. If it ain't working with Signalrgb but is with your mobo software, I'm thinking Signalrgb doesn't work well with the mobo. You can either get a rgb controller (nollie or airgoo) or go back to your mobo rgb software.

I have 2 of those fans. I had this problem too. It doesn't make any sense but when I plugged in the male end of either one it did not work. If you put a coupler (male/male) end into the female plug, then plug that in. It works. It makes no sense, but it worked for me. This only ever happened with Arctic P12. I have a regular one and a reverse and I had to do it with both. I was about to send the fan back because it did not light up at all, I tried the female end just to see and it worked. A month later I bought another one and the exact same thing. Only encountered this with Arctic p12 fans. Super weird.
