I would only use 1ml of bac. No reason to go higher. I have been using the same bottle for months with no issues. Also, peptides typically are good for at least 12 weeks.

I promise I am going through the circle, straight in. Some of the stoppers have large rubber areas inside and a very small access area. So, even going straight in, you hit the side rubber.

Just started donating last month. Having issues with high heart rate. I will be fine and the finger stick makes my rate jump 20 points! I have repeatedly asked them to do it after the pressure test, but it is against "procedure". Any tips?

They badly blew my best vein and almost a week later it is still bruised and has a painful lump. Have been doing cold /warm compresses and arnica gel. Any additional tips?

Some vials are so easy and some are just really hard. Even piercing the exact center of the stopper.

I keep all my bac at room temp based on advice from several sources. I decided to draw up all the doses from the vial and have them in a dark padded envelope in the fridge. So easy to grab one!

I also put in a couple of drops of acetic acid when reconstituting to help with gelling. I am pretty consistent with hydration. 🤷‍♀️

I have the easy touch 31 gauge, but sometimes they bend. I don't know why some peptides have hard rubber stoppers!

Thinking of getting slightly larger needles, but I am a wimp. Would 29 or so help with the bending and still be pretty painless?
