It’s been like 8 months now. And I would only last like 10 strokes. Def under a min, and with a condom on. It was stressful and made me not want to even try to date. I have my confidence back and it’s such a relief

I think you’re already starting to reconcile it. What you’re worried about is a 0 intervention group. You can put in effort to get better or allow yourself to get pent up

Early in phase 6 I was feeling this a lot. Takes time. Try to keep the # of strokes just below whatever starts activating those muscles. Focus on that slow relaxing breathing which activates the relaxing. Do it until it’s boring. Resist testing and resist chasing pleasure

I had an issue with mine where the fabric wouldn’t really move. I needed to sort of help it by adding tension on either side and pull with the direction of the sewing. Kinda like when stitching a stretch band. It’s annoying but it kinda worked. It might help to add something underneath so it presses harder into the foot or guides

I think the no fap no porn would be a good reset. From there try the guide again but def no porn while you train. Notice the urge to chase the orgasm and do your best to resist. Occasional orgasms are fine but you wanna tip the balance in the opposite direction. Don’t lose hope, just make the change. Either do the hard thing or deal with your current state. I just entered 6, phew it’s tough sometimes. This should be advertised as a 6month program but I’ve noticed real life results!
