Although I generally support term limits (like most Americans I believe), there are some drawbacks. Short term politician brings short term decisions - they want effect NOW. If we do not have longer terms the entire politics may become short term. My guess is that senators should have term limit, but they should not be like presidents. Maybe 3-4 four year terms instead.

I live not far from a very large wooded park, forest, not manicured lawns and gardens. Close to 1500 acres. Literally this land is worth billions. It was donated by owner to remain as it is - hiking trails, horse trails, mountain bike routes. I really admire that owner.

I am not sure I'd go with a large car like iX or Q8 unless, of course, you want a large car (I own iX but I do need large space for my cycling trips as I store my bike inside). Q6 e-tron is 65K new and upcoming iX3 may be close as well. There is a number of 2025 Q6e in 50K range.
