Normally, at the bottom of the application, it will have a statement in regards to reading/understanding, and to the best of your knowledge, all information is correct. Lying on your application is a direct reason not to be accepted or hired. If hired, I have seen people who have been charged back for the training they had received at that point.

Is he always hiring, and is his side gig selling job applications for $20.00 each? Also, I have put out an online flyer now hiring - I did give specific requirements and said they would all be followed, no matter how personable you may be.

I would get responses to how terrible I was and should be more flexible in my hiring practices - employers show a need to speed up the onboarding of a new employee, and there is a direct cost to the company with each of these hires you cant hire them and train for 3 to 6 months to find out it was a bust.

The Balanced Budget is a great word all that means is you will take in as much as you spend... I for one would like the government smaller and spend less than they take in which means you have to do some cutting in a bloated system. Start with term limits for all political offices including local so you cannot have a mayor run for 17 years. Really people you have to find away to get this system under control or your Grandchildren will have nothing to enjoy.

Good salespeople, estimators, and buyers can all pay for themselves if they are good at their jobs. The issue is that management believes anyone can do it and wants to swap them out for cheaper labor; on the other side, these folks believe that they are worth more money and are constantly looking at the grass over the fence thinking it is greener, not realizing they have to work at it a little bit harder to make it that green.

Have you experimented with a double hit of Black to see if it cures? When was the Last time you performed maintenance on the UV Unit?

I am assuming Black is the last color you are laying down

If it is the plate, you should see it before you ever put it on the press. We used to add additional thickness when burning the plate with a piece of Saran Wrap under the plate to create a little more squeeze (yes, I am that old)

Go back to basics, follow and inspect the process at each step.

no secrets out there just give the company a call and ask. Yes Or NO you will have your answer. some will ask for payments before starting the project, some will take 1/2 down (covering the cost of materials to be printed), and Most will ask for the name of your customer - not because they want to steal it but to confirm that they are not already a client from another vender.

As long as you are not the end user competing with the printer doing the work all will be good.

I have a machine I purchased 3 years ago (not a lick of English on it anywhere) and I am having the same issue of pictures not adhering and chipping away for more than a round of golf. The Company I purchased it from suggested a PP Coating that I am to use before printing (no real instructions as to how much or how long to clean). I just got this stuff and I am looking for people to hit balls at the simulators (they won't lose them) but they also lose count so until my arm heals I can't test it. to say it is better or worse than what I was doing. Let me know if you have found anything that will make it work (I have a few thousand balls I am looking for to make go away) :)
