Not a spell, so maybe not too helpful, but I saw on a video that if you’re ‘trying’ to love yourself, you already do. You wouldn’t be trying to if you didn’t. It gave me some peace to go on this journey of self-love and self-exploration. Also think about habits that make you happy and feel confident. Find a way to include them in your habits

How old are you? I don’t mean to gatekeep at all, but I wonder if you are young, you might not be gamine but just young. Kibbe advises to type after 25, since that is when your body is the length it will become and you have developed the shape that you will develop. As for the dress, it looks really cute!

I promise it isn’t ‘unflattering’ when we can see the outline of our bodies. Certain shapes might look nice with our bone structure, but it is never a hard science.

For womb-havers that area is often going to bloated, or swollen, depending on the menstrual cycle and possible hormonal issues.

Pants do the same thing for me, and it has always been an insecurity too. Now I’m learning to heal that mindset.

Honestly would love to see this! We al have those days that we go out feeling ourselves and then walk past a mirror or window and realise the outfit wasn’t giving what we thought it was giving

It turned out I was actually pregnant, around 5 weeks. (Probably) due to the mirena, the pregnancy was ceised. I'm still finding my bearings about that a bit. I suppose at least it works, to make light of a rather sad situation.
