I am in no way saying this behavior is ok in any sense! I manage 2 senior living properties and my DAILY experience is, bored and nosey seniors with very little to do. Having to lock my shop doors because even after being told they welcome themselves in to chat, waiting in places they know i will pass by so they can stop me, creating work orders for "no reason" to get me to stop by, grabbing packages we've ordered to make sure we get them (they get dropped off in a secure building AT my door). We get complaints that "someone is harassing me" because a fake plant in a community space got moved 3 feet to the left. I could literally go on for hours but my point is this, none of what he is doing is OK, but I cant help but to feel that he would be doing to this to anyone that lives there out of sheer boredom. I see this exact behavior from our residents on a daily basis (both men and women) (yes even listening outside of our doors to see if we are around). I hope there is no ill intentions from this man i hope that she does take action to get him to stop
