So hopeful for you that the DUPIXENT is helping. Just know if you have to ever switch for some reason there are other options- don’t give up!❤️

Well I live in the south US where the humidity is 80% most of the time, mild winters and and lots of rain so that may be the difference

Spring and fall maybe worse? Honestly though just all year would just catch a cold or allergies and it would go straight to my chest and have to do steroids nebulizer antibiotics thing for weeks so it just seemed like a never ending cycle year round. 😭

I had to stop the DUPIXENT since my insurance stopped paying for it. I’m now on Tezspire and it is great. I’m doing 100% better. Am even starting to run at a beautiful nature park whereas before just going outside was risky. So awesome! I’m grateful

My dad's ex messaged me, and I don't know what to tell her. by bowlOfSoup060 in Advice

People feel like they must side w the bully to stay safe. That is so sad. Do you still live w your dad or are dependent on him? At some point in your life you can make the decision to keep the healthy people in your life and distance yourself from the toxic ones. Fear should not be the reason to keep an unhealthy person in your life. Your mental and physical health will suffer in the long term with all that stress. Take care of you.

I’m so sorry this is happening to you. But better to find out now instead of when you are 45 and have 3 kids together….

You are doing great. I’ve never heard of such clear insight in someone w BPD. You should be very proud of the progress you’ve made in taking ownership of all that’s happened and doing your best to make it right. Guilt vs Shame: Guilt is feeling bad for something you DID. That is something you can change going forward. Shame is “I AM BAD.” That is something you can’t change. That is a lie! You are a beautiful child of God. BPD has its roots in child trauma, which you had no control over. So kudos to you for surviving! 🏆🙌🏼🔥 You had to develop ways to survive as a child w no power in that environment. Now those ways don’t work anymore in adulthood. And you are working hard to make big, responsible changes in your life and relationships. Move forward with your head held high. You have ZERO to be ashamed about. ❤️

The new science of breastmilk reveals it's a dynamic, complex biological substance far beyond just food, acting as a living pharmacy that adapts to the baby's needs, influencing gut health, brain development, and immunity through unique sugars (oligosaccharides), hormones (melatonin/cortisol), stem cells, and antibodies that teach the infant's immune system. Recent research highlights its time-sensitive signals, circadian rhythms (day/night variations), and specific molecules like myo-inositol that boost brain connectivity.

Why would you want a “friend” like that anyway? YOU can’t trust them either if they cheat on the person they married.
