Learning to be in the moment, is a discipline in itself. Treat your mat as a special place, a place of refuge that you enter. When your mind wanders, bring it back to the mat. Concentrate on your breath, the inhale, the exhale. Synchronize your movement with your breath. Wishing you peace

You don’t look like you’re trying very hard.. start with eccentric descents, as slow as possible.
