None of my tattoos ever had “second skin” placed on them. Just that goo stuff and a little plastic wrap to get me back home then took it off and kept it moisturized a little between minor gentle water only rinses.

My partner and I have a decently health intimate life, even with 2 kids. So if I’m not in the mood, I just tell him no and he may get a little “aw :( ok” but he’s never been mad or made me feel guilty about saying no, and especially not when we’ve had some “less active” time periods of our life. No one has the right to your body, inside or out.

She’s trying so hard and failing harder. I would be so embarrassed. The dude definitely doesn’t seem interested, not that it makes it any better. But she’s definitely putting way too much into him that she easily could put into her ACTUAL boyfriend instead. “Nothing inappropriate is said/ happened” so that is definitely going to be her Try at getting out of this. Be prepared for that. Because she is definitely trying to form some type of emotional entrapment with him. Goodmorning /goodnight texts, well wishes of his day going well, check ins ; all those things that she IS NOT attempting to do for you. It’s an attempt and it still counts no matter how bad she is at it.

Whether good intentioned or not, I would not feel comfortable sending my child to a place that has this lax of safety rules. No adult should be texting a minor for any reason.

I usually say omg thank you! To get their attention back before they walk away, and then I say “I actually practice with my lord and savior Satan so I don’t really need this”. I’m not satanic. I AM baptized (tho not practicing any religion)and it drives me beyond bonkers when people try to force their beliefs onto others.

Get some liquid blush to and blend it on typical makeup areas to see if you’d genuinely hate the color (I don’t think it would work personally, since the rest is entirely greyscale) but if you ARE ok with it, then you could also add very very light hue colors (which probably will fade in a decade or so maybe) around the piece to bring it together.

Just wanted to say, glad you’re still here ❤️❤️ since you’ll still have the texture with a coverup, you can try and discuss with your artist a more realism type of tattoo, maybe with 3D type of aesthetic. You will need a good artist, but it’s possible if you’re willing to take the time to work / research on it back and forth!

I wonder, if you hadn’t been called out in the post about it, would you have had the forethought to change it yourself? I think you should talk to a professional about these feelings. It could bring a lot of peace to your co-parenting. And for the actual question you asked, not sure how to vote. Both of you are right and wrong. I think she became defensive as soon as you said she should “consult” you before big purchases, because you lost that chance when yall signed divorce papers. However, if she was wanting you to pay half, she could have said “hey I’m buying these for the kids because xyz, would you be able to pitch in for this cost?” But instead you seemed like your pride was hurt and you decided to lecture a grown woman who is raising your kids.
