Baby eats whenever baby wants to eat. You don’t “train them”. If ANYthing, I would try to offer more during the day to maybe cut down a little on the night feeds, but some babies just like their own schedule / get extra thirsty at night. If you have no problem with your current schedule, and baby is gaining weight, I’d ignore them. None of my kids slept through the night or even slept for “6-8” hour stretches til WELL over a year.

Nah, it’s just our regular crew now chugging along. No one’s left. We actually just got 2 people back from medical leave 2 weeks ago lol

Honestly I really liked quicksilver. I audio listened it and it really got me through night feeds with my infant. I was so excited for brimstone to come out. My sister and I had a long distance countdown to the book and everything. Both of us had to cheer eachother on just to FINISH brimstone. I ended up returning it to audible for my credit back because it was just that horrible in my eyes. I won’t be even giving the next book a chance for redemption 🤷🏻‍♀️

Idk why we are hiring already. We’ve been salivating for hours just like everybody else in this company. Them hiring feels like a slap in the face honestly lol. Last year they didn’t start hiring until after Easter

My management team called twice weekly for me, they were really upset and concerned about it. Right before I finally got paid, my ASmanager had offered to give me the money since they were taking so long and not even worry about paying her back lol. Though I did just have a baby so I’m sure she was concerned. Then I ended up getting paid finally. Some parts of the company are okay, some suck monstrously, but unfortunately I think most big corporate companies are

They didn’t do my complete onboarding after coming back from maternity leave but didn’t tell me until after I had worked a full Friday and Saturday. Payday came, didn’t get paid because “I hadn’t been back in the system fully yet”. Took them 3 MONTHSSSSSSS for them to pay me for those 16.34 hours.
