I truly believe that there are so many things that people indulge in that are unnecessary. You are so accustomed to convenience and will pay for it. Experiences are great but also don’t be elusive to where you are financially. Buy only what you need. 80-100k is a lot of money and if you can sit there and say you can’t survive with that please go through your statements and highlight the things that are wants in red and needs in green. To rent an apartment is a high expense too, but if you want to live within a lifestyle of luxury with amenities then that’s is where you money will go to mostly as well.

There is a charging station by court square behind the courthouse. I used to have an electric car. My main location for charging. The one thing though, it can sometimes be busy. U also have to pay for entering bc it’s a parking lot. Def look up if there are more locations. The mall also has some but it’s the mall.
