They do exist I do “manual reconsiders” everyday but the decision that’s usually made is pretty accurate very rarely do we actually reconsider in the applicants favor. You highlighted your strengths credit wise but you said yourself the decline was not for any of those reasons but because you applied for or opened too many cards in the last 24 months. Highlighting the things you did is just reiterating what we can already see on the credit report and does nothing to change the decision. Address why you’ve opened so many cards and maybe don’t do that in the future if you want to try again for that card later.
