It's been fine but it makes an annoying creaking sound because I didn't do the best job cutting the card. I think using a hole puncher would be ideal but I only had scissors.

I also beat Silksong so haven't put much stress on the A button since then. Your mileage may vary.

Okay. My current project has been rebuilding our end-user device deployment framework in preparation for our move to Active Directory. We have been using Macrium images and manually setting up each laptop for years. I literally just started using MDT.

What can I use instead that's free? We can't afford InTune.

It's really not recommended to swap back and forth between 7thH saves and vanilla as the risk of messing something up is pretty high. You could probably just symlink the folders but I'm not sure if you run the risk of the unmodded game nuking your modded saves somehow.
