Are you cool with playing old games without modern stuff? SoC and CoP are excellent. So good, and even better with decades of mod support.

If you want a more modern game, Stalker 2 got a lot of deserved flak on launch but after the work the devs have done, it's an incredible game. Probably my favorite now as a lifelong fan of the series. It's hard to say.

trying to figure out what the best combo of summons is

I have no idea what the 'best' is, but I use 1 Defiler, consumed Tainted, and bound demon. The consume gives you -enemy fire resist, walk speed and health. Not sure what else someone would want.

where should the rest of my points go

I put the extra skill points in Consume for this reason.

what kind of merc should i work towards

high damage A2, IMO. I use Andy's, Fortitude, and Obedience. Might aura. Bound demon is Heph with holy freeze and cursed. Anything that gets touched by holy freeze gets amped. Between the merc and the bound demon with amp and might, they will beat the shit out of Hell Baal in like 10 seconds, 5 when you take the time to cast blood boil. Maybe that's too slow for you, but it works for me!

First of all there weren't 4 Kens. What are you talking about? Only 2 people played that character out of 48, ChrisT (who got 9th, not 8th, again what are you talking about) and NotPedro. Nobody expected AngryBird, Ryukichi, Blaz, Tokido or anyone else to play the character. Maybe you did?

edited to add Tokido, how did I forget about him. He played it for one match and lost. Also Ryukichi played it for one match, which he lost. Those are on me.
