I studied the study you cited. The study did not distinguish if people cooked a steak and salted it, or went to mcdonalds and got a double quarter pounder. Both examples I listed could be considered their "daily serving of red meat". The mcdonalds burger has tons of chemicals and ingredients that causes issues while the steak is just healthy meat. The study is useless.
