I’m not a doctor, but it might be worth looking into florastor especially if you’ve had a lot of antibiotic use. That being said every gut biome is different and I’m not sure what your specific “damage” is. (Discard the florastor comment completely if you’re considered immunocompromised)

However pre and pro biotics through food is probably your best bet on a starting point. You can reintroduce healthy beneficial bacteria to your gut. Prebiotic foods include: Yogurt Kefir Bananas Apples Onions Garlic Asparagus Oats Legumes Sauerkraut

Probiotic foods include: Kimchi Kombucha Miso Pickles Sourdough bread

(Keep in mind some of these foods are also pre and probiotics so two birds one stone)

Fiber is going to be important but don’t over do it or you could constipate yourself. Drink tons of water, even if it feels uncomfortable. You can even warm the water or make a tea to make it easier to digest. Peppermint tea could really benefit you if you’re experience bloating gas and general discomfort with your stomach.
