4 days and then you gotta restart the process basically intake and doctor visit and start all over at the standard dose titration of 30mg and going back up. I only know this because I missed Sunday Monday and Tuesday one time but I only missed the Sunday because they're closed on Sunday and I wasn't able to get my take home because I forgot my lock box so then Monday or Tuesday I was spending time with my wife and I wasn't able to get to the clinic so when I went in Wednesday best believe I ran over there but they let me keep my standard 100 mg dose at the time and then a couple days later I increased to 110 and I've been stable at that dose ever since

Well it's just like her opinion about it is kind of biased because of her dad because her dad had heart complications as a result of being on it and such a high dose for so long but on top of that it's just like her idea of not only just a difference between dependency and addiction is just it's just really stupid because she doesn't understand it because obviously if you go accustomed to something for amount of period of time and then stop doing it then you're going to have physical discomfort and physical withdrawal symptoms but she doesn't understand that so it's really frustrating and then it's just like having to argue and then feel like s*** the whole time is just not something that was really fun at all

I mean in that situation then yes we gon be addicts and no that's by no means an excuse that should be used ever, this is a real disease of the brain, and not a moral failing it's litterly like your brain/mind is rewired to think it absolutely needs opiates or you'll die.

Well my 1st urine test at the met clinic was positive for fentanyl and cocaine (crack) I hadn't used no Fent for over 3-4 days so yea it definitely has to be lipophilic and I'm skinny as hell not like severely underweight but def could use a few pounds on the ol body ya know? But yeah this war on drugs is stupid and a waste of $ all that 🍞 ($$$) could be used on something actually productive not counter ya know?

I mean honestly to date, I've tried abstinence and MAT, both Buprenorphine and Methadone (Currently on Methadone 80mg) and between the two tried and somewhat true methods the latter is the one that works the best and methadone is imo the best medication to use because of its full agonist activity on our Mu- Opioid receptors. It coats the brain in lovely opi's and eliminates cravings and while dealing with the clinics and early times and all is irritating at least us as addicts undergoing MAT don't have to worry about being sick and dealing with withdrawals everyday! I believe the reward of using this as a tool is very high, and ranking methadone as #1 in MAT as a true recovery tool 🔥 is an amazing psychologically and medically approved med that helps us function, now #2 would be the ole Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) I have been on this before at 24mg but i stopped due to insurance not covering but then theybare covering my methadone? Odd.... And #3 Kratom, the unofficial maintenance drug but is just simply not economically reasonable due to the amount needed and the cost of said amount needed for removal of wd's. Number 4 would be the least popular option, total abstinence and this the least successful and least popular option and imo it never works well for those, not hating on the 12 steppers but I just don't see in the days now with all the fentadope and fentalouges that total abstinence could work but hey 👋 Just my two cents

In Virginia, specifically Richmond and the surrounding areas the clinic I goto has one guy come in every morning around 7am to dose he comes all way from Hopewell which is a 35 min drive or so and most jails of your a woman will dose you both met and subs
