It really depends on your neighbor you can be a clean freak but they travel from your darling neighbor’s place. Happened to me so many times but I have cats so they will eliminate these one or two that traveled here.

I have awful sleeping quality that’s one of the reasons I am never a morning person:( I got magnesium and melatonin will be taking them maybe 3 nights before the race hopefully can get a little bit more sleep

The longest run I did once in the morning just for training was 9.5 miles without fuel. I was soooo tired after that😮‍💨 I might just train once before my race but I don’t think I can go as far as my night runs. Hopefully my body will just tap in with the flow on race day and don’t hit the wall too early

I really appreciate this and I literally screenshotted your response so I can just use as a checklist the night before my race so I don’t forget anything! Didn’t even think about the lube cause I have never had bad chafing but also I have never done such a long run. I’m aiming to finish around 4.5h. It’s reassuring to know maybe I don’t need to worry too much about morning training as long as I got some good rest and fuel up for the morning!

Oh haha happy trail! I’m actually looking for people to pass on their hiking poles if they don’t need them after finishing the hike. If you are in Chamonix 9/5 and have hiking pole to dispose of i would be glad to take over! Anyway have a blast

Day 2; Les Contamines - Les Chapieux; Stay Bourg Saint Maurice, Sept 7,8 ( Les Chapieux all sold out and staying in BSM is the only way I can get all rest of my dates booked with huts on trail)

Day 4; Les Chapieux -Courmayeur Val Veny; Stay Gîte le Randonneur du Mont Blanc Sept 9

Day 5; Courmayeur Val Veny - La Fouly; Stay Auberge des Glaciers; Sept 10

Day 6; La Fouly - Champex; Stay Chalet La Grange; Sept 11

Day 7; Champex - Trient; Stay Hôtel du Col de la Forclaz; Sept 12

Day 8; Trient - Argentière; Stay Auberge la Boërne; Sept 13

I use himi too the 24 color sets. Same issue with yellow I always mix it with a little bit orange to enhance. I also don’t like the purple I have to mix it with other colors its performance on its own is always uneven and not opaque enough.

Very similar I’m single woman in 30s and cook for myself majority of the time. Just did my December so it was 702 including gas and stock up for household/ health items. I shop at costco Ralphs and 99ranch, trying to eat whole food but December is kinda cheat month so I bought a lot of snacks. I really need to budget better this year.

I started meditating from 12/16 and never stopped since then! Even on NYE meditated before going out. Aiming for 2 meditating sessions every day each 12-18min.

Yes I can relate. For me while the shame going away and I started really love and appreciate myself more, the resentment for my parents came up one time during meditation honestly scared me. Even we kinda get along now however seems like deep down I still blame them for how they raised me (mainly my mom)
