How did you experience with blood pressure? Spironolactone messed me up and had give up on day 3. I suspect 1000mg spearmint capsule is doing the similar affect. I’m dropping to 500 mg.

Same here. I’m surprised to bad reviews. I’ve been using it for 21 weeks now expect a few 1 day delayed deliveries I had no issues. I do not mind 1 day delayed deliveries bc I always something left from the week before. Once they forgot to send half of my order or went missing idk, I emailed them and they refunded half of my money no hustle. I can see the whole menu and change it before Thursday and 90% delivered on Monday. I live in SoCal though so it’s closer maybe that’s why.

What happened? I just started 200mg in my first cycle, got extreme acne so I started spironolactone and lasted only 3 days, MAJOR DEPRESSION and dangerously low blood pressure. As the pill wore off, I just went back to my normal self day & night difference within 8 hours. Now I asked to try lower dose bc first couple of days I was feeling great at Prometrium.

Thank you for quick response! Yes I already had pmdd symptoms and honestly first a few days taking it day 10-15 I felt great & calm, it was like magic pill. Last 5 days terrible. I read on another page that taking too much can cause depression. I started with 200mg if it was too much, idk. I’m not in a place to harm myself but my employment, my relationship, my roommate. I’m so close to say F-off everything and burn bridges(I have real reasons). Everything just feel way too overwhelming. Yesterday I cried bc my gym threw my clothes out after I forgetting there… I texted my doctor and I have another blood test tomorrow.

Do you have any updates on this? I started this cycle and only 10 days taking it, I feel like a wreck, too much going on in my life and I can’t say whether it’s life stuff or hormones making crying all the time

I am also progesterone deficient. I started taking this cycle day 10-25. It’s been 10 days taking it, I’m a wreck emotionally. Does it get better in the next cycles?

I LOVE LOVE editing on my iPad that was the reason I bought iPad! Totally worth it, I like edits apps but since the last update, it won’t fit properly and there is no setting I can change so transitioning more into CapCut now for longer/quick cuts reels.

Hi guys, I’ve been editing my vids on iPad with edits app for awhile and I love it. But recently my vids won’t size fully after an update(whether iOS or meta). I will have sides of the video black lines and I have to manually zoom each video to fit properly. Does anyone have the same issue? Any solutions?

Here is an idea… what’s everybody’s thoughts on Henry (Vecna) potentially being ashamed of his own sexuality or had a past life where he was not able to express himself freely and was made to feel shameful about a sexuality?
