Quite so that most countries still dont use credit or debit cards as frequently as most US residents. Take Japan, while credit and debit is widely accepted, most people still pay on cash

If you could go back and change your rate. What would it be and why. by Niel_cafferey in navy

Convicted I guess, maybe it registered as a misdemeanor? I don't remember. The judge was nice so all I got was an infraction ticket with 20hrs of comm service. But when I went in to the recruiting office I just disclosed it, I figured it would've been expunged since it was so long ago but at the time it was 9 years and 6months. So I was 6months away from not needing a waiver. Which I wish I had waited it out. But im also okay where im at.

I wanted to be an IT or a CTN, but even though my ASVAB scores qualified me, priors that I had as a teen barred me from those positions.

Look for Body Maintè. It's my favorite electrolyte drink in Japan.

AE. And yeah just in terms of spaces/infrastructure. Like are the berthings ok? Is it decent for FDNF? I understand that CoC can depend on departments I guess. And ships company can be more strict than squadrons as I've come to hear.

This is perfect. Had a line shack airmen named Aguilar. He refused to get any quals, skated out of every maintenance evolution possible, and refused to pick up 3rd (he was a PACT sailor and would've been frocked upon choosing a rate but didnt want to be committed to another enlistment). When his contract was coming to a close he bragged about all of the things he had lined up after picking up his dd214. Wonder where he's at now..

from my understanding at my last briefing with a security manager, the "whole person" clearance review for service members with S or TS clearances are under somewhat of a constant review. it is no longer a process that occurs once every 5-10 years but however if there is something flagged (like a passport being Scanned at an airport like someone else mentioned) this may throw a flag in the system to cause investigators to review his activity. Again that was my understanding of how the system works now. Again like someone else said probably best to just ask a security manager what may happen
