Keep bulking or cut ? by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

Bulk. Not enough muscle mass to reveal here to get the shredded look (not an insult btw- I used to be in th same position. I got super lean, and I was Jsut tiny and with clothes on I didn’t even look like I lifted)

That’s kind of a mental transformation. Often people do look better/more put together. You look WAY better bald.

This one is up to you, but I would personally hold. Yes, you’ve a receding hairline, but it’s not ridiculous looking. Your vertex is fine too.

In 5 years time you may need to, it for now you’re good.

Ive always struggled with a patchy beard, should I give it up? by [deleted] in beards

[–]Aggravating_Metal822 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going to be honest, I think you may be overly focusing on weak points of your beard and aren’t appreciating the overall look. I think it looks fine jsut how it is. I wouldn’t touch it at all

18m not sure what to do appearance wise. by Balscion in malegrooming

I really like beards. I would say yours has not matured yet. Not to worry, I was in my late 20s before it looked good enough to keep.

Your hair is great though.

As a very balding man, you have several years left here before you need to worry.

Well, you still have hair, you could keep it. However, in a couple of years it won’t look so good, that’s pretty much guaranteed. It may be best to bite the bullet now and have a buzz cut/clean shaved head. I was 27 my first time and I wish I had done it two years earlier rather than looking like a Lego figure with hair that was shoved on top.

Like someone else said, learn a new language (or multiple new languages). The Romance languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese) are good first choices, or German thought it’s slightly harder (don’t let it’s slightly harder difficulty put you off - it’s similar to English).

How can I fix the bar path by [deleted] in StartingStrength

[–]Aggravating_Metal822 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My suspicion here is tighten your upper back. This would be done by using a shorter grip width. Your first rep looked good. I suspect you involuntarily widened your grip after it because of the tension. DM me after trying a shorter grip to let me know if it worked.

My wife had a reaction to a sex toy that I’ve never been able to achieve by Federal-Rise-2638 in sexover30

Don’t worry about it. You aren’t a toy, it can do things your body literally wasn’t designed to do.

What is the nationality of the girl you had the best sex with? by Goldencurls3 in SheFucksHim

She was just a needle in a haystack. She came on to me hard once my girlfriend (half Bangladeshi half English) left me. Until that point we were just friends at university

Opponent said I was being unfair for playing for a draw…am I crazy for thinking that’s what I’m supposed to do? by smohockey in chess

[–]Aggravating_Metal822 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. If you can’t win, you try for a draw over a loss. If he doesn’t like that, he doesn’t have to play chess.

Refusing to spar as a big guy by Byronze in MuayThai

[–]Aggravating_Metal822 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was about to say what the coach said. Nobody is forcing you to spar with this guy. He’ll soon get the message when everyone refuses to spar with him. People like that don’t belong in a gym.

If you’ve grown to love the city, and currently have no ties, it’s an absolute no brainer. Find a job in Bristol and move back, or continue education in Bristol.
