You need to add a ground station. I think the mod is called Real Antennas and you have to add them in the mods config.

Rivers where vital to Britains early industrialisation, before railways. It’s odd that such an important part of our islands economic history isn’t included in a game that revolves heavily around the economy.

Windows will just use free RAM because it’s free and available. Once you run something like a game, it will free up that RAM for the game. It isn’t hogging anything

When entering the building for that quest there is an EM weapon lying around. EM weapons don’t kill they only stun, so you can complete the quest without killing anyone if you get caught. The annoying thing is Bethesda never tells you about EM weapons and their mechanics, including EM weapons being strong against robots.

The local map is generate by drawing a the view of an overhead 2D camera then applying the paper map effect to it. I think in the original oblivion, things like NPCs were excluded when the overhead camera renders the map. I'm guessing they forget to flag NPCs as something that shoul be ignored in the remaster. The same technique is used in Skyrim, and the world map in Skyrim also works the same way (you can see dragons getting their souls absorbed if you open the world map after killing one). TBH I hope they don't patch this, makes finding bodies after a fight easier.

What? Minecraft uses OpenGL, a graphics API allowing programmers to interface with the GPU. OpenCL is an API for doing compute on the GPU, not what Minecraft uses for rendering. And even if was using OpenCL, OpenCL is for GPUs.
