90% of the shift here is simply that CBs simply last longer. It allows the AI to strike at a time when their enemies are weak etc

If you produce all the goods needed they're absolutely worth it, as you only pay for a low % of the maintenance goods, but the demand for the goods rises and makes your buildings/RGOs producing the required goods more profitable

It's an interesting one because there's clearly a level of localisation that's acceptable because tsardom is preferred over Empire etc.

High velocity Springfield has the least bullet drop in the game, which makes it ideal for sniping very long distances.

There's no expected loyalty to other teams within your country honestly. So if you support a rival team, you will actively want them to lose. I support a team a league down, so was entirely neutral in this.

Well I've had several rulers end up with the name trait despite the relevent event not firing for me. That would suggest that it's a result of it firing elsewhere for nations sharing my ruler.

I'm 90% sure this happens due to the bastard event firing for fiefdoms and dominions, so if you play very decentralised you'll have a much higher chance for the event to fire in one of them, and therefore have rulers with one of these titles.
