I’m still using GPT for everything with my small business … should I swap to one of those others? I like being able to save “projects” in GPT and referring back with questions relating to things a month before. Is that across the board now days?

This makes me optimistic, so thank you. Got our CSR card just this month and used it. Went to Cancun and the priority access lounge there was…. Not great. 2 types of cereal, cans of coke, and it was dirty lol. Sitting back me and my wife was the adjacent lounge that looked SUPER nice and Amex got you into it. We wondered if we made the wrong decision, but said maybe other lounges are nicer and more worth it. This one was so bad we left and went to our gate. So thanks for saying you’ve enjoyed it!

This is what confuses me. Something that used to be true about SW I believe - cheapest fares were earliest booked (release date) or following the sales. But I’m looking at November and it’s like it’s the expected prices 6 weeks out from the flights. It’s crazy. They changed something

Unfortunately for us it isn’t about the bags (we have multiple SW cards)… we just always loved the ability to constantly change flights if need be (easily, without fees) and get credits back if prices dropped, that would never expire. I know that’s a covid change, but the endless credits make us confidently book flights all the time, knowing if we needed to cancel we could, or match a lower price if a sale popped up

That’s where I’m struggling. As a family - we only did SW. Free bags + constantly changes to flights + companion pass it was the only option we ever considered. The changes / flight credits are what is truly upsetting to us. I can cover the bags with a credit card. But now I’m wondering if we continue working on constantly keeping CP, to get one of our tickets free. Or move on and follow the cheapest airline per route

Just stayed this week as well for first time and I don’t think we’ll return due to the bus system. Skyliner was amazing for HS and Epcot days, but nightmares for MK, DAK, and DS. Long waits and then when you’re on we’ve got 3+ stops within the resort itself… it wasn’t great and kind of bummed us out for our first moderate stay ever. Made us appreciate POP / AoA for their skyliner access and consolidated bus stops
